The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The developer makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app's performance, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
The developer shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss or business interruption.

Noteworker AI offers an optional auto-renewable subscription service to access all premium features. The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The subscription fee is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
